About

I lead operations, and build systems.

BusinessRx.ai is the studio of Jason Killgo: 20+ years scaling sales teams, modernizing operations and getting people to adopt new technology, and now designing, building and running production AI automation end to end.

The hard part of AI isn't the model. It's turning a messy business process into a reliable workflow, then getting people to actually use it. That's what I did scaling a mortgage sales organization from 60 to more than 1,000 people and modernizing a dental lab until most of its business came in digitally, and it's what I do now with AI agents.

Experience

  1. Independent AI Automation Consultant · BusinessRx.ai

    Jul 2025 – present

Design, build and run multi-agent AI systems in production.

  2. Career break: full-time parenting & independent trades work

    Nov 2023 – Jul 2025 · also Jun 2022 – Feb 2023

Stepped back to raise my two children, and took on handyman projects on the side: kitchen remodels, a home battery backup system install, general electrical, plumbing and carpentry, plus laser engraving.

  3. Financial Representative · Northwestern Mutual

    Feb 2023 – Nov 2023

Exceeded sales targets within 60 days; top annuity and whole-life producer in month two. Built a working lead-to-funding CRM with document requests, timelines, sales scripts, automatic follow-ups and callbacks triggered by website visits.

  4. Operations & Technology Leader · Georgia Dental Laboratory

    Jan 2010 – Jun 2022

Modernized the lab to accept a digital workflow for dental restorations and appliances, bringing in 3Shape CAD/CAM, 5-axis CNC milling, 3D printing and 3D scanning. Built a doctor-facing web portal on the Labtrac API, and most of the business moved from analog to digital case submissions. Drove adoption across a 50–60 person team and led a turnaround that ended in a successful sale.

  5. Vice President of Sales · AmeriSave Mortgage

    Jul 2004 – Dec 2009

Scaled the sales organization from 60 to 1,000+. Designed the pricing and investor-ranking logic in the in-house LOS and rate tool, built a document-automation system handling 500–1,000+ loans a month, and embedded sales scripts in the CRM to cut ramp time. Held mortgage licenses in 48 states.

  6. Auburn University

BA, Information Systems & Marketing (dual major)

    • Student Alumni Association: founding member and Vice President of the Student Alumni Board. It grew into the largest organization on campus and represented the University at alumni events across the country.
    • Auburn license plate in Georgia: led the alumni association effort that made Auburn the first school with a club license plate in Georgia.
    • Stadium entrances: what began as my hand-drawn student design, covering placement, layout and ironwork, became today's entrances to Auburn's football stadium.

How a project works

  1. Talk it through

A short call about the work that eats your week and what "fixed" would look like.

  2. First working piece

An agent, automation or integration running on your real data, then built out from there.

  3. Human in the loop

Anything that contacts customers asks you first. You approve, it sends.

  4. Hand-off you can live with

Plain-English docs, logs and a system map, so you know what's running and why.
