Privacy policy

Effective October 15, 2026. Sky Warden ("we") is operated by BusinessRx.ai. This policy explains what the Sky Warden app, the Sky Warden network and the Sky Warden add-on for ADS-B receivers collect and why.
What we collect
- An anonymous account ID created by the app. We don't ask for your name to use the app.
- Aircraft data from sensors you choose to share: aircraft positions, altitudes, speeds, call signs and similar broadcast data. The add-on removes your sensor's own location, distance and signal readings before uploading.
- Sensor health and usage counts: the add-on version, uptime and status items such as GPS or time-sync state, plus how many aircraft your sensor shared and how many were viewed, so we can run the revenue-share program.
- Things you choose to give us: device names, a 4DSKY/Hedera account ID, optional setup details (antenna placement, ZIP code, alert email), a payout wallet address, and, if you turn on automatic top-ups, your Hedera Portal access token (stored encrypted and used only to request testnet HBAR for your sensors).
- Purchases: Apple tells us which subscription is active. We never see your payment details.
What we don't collect
We don't collect your iPhone's location, contacts or advertising identifiers, and we don't sell personal information. Your home network address and your sensor's position stay on your phone.
How we use it
To run the live map and flight features, to show you your sensors' status and earnings, to send alerts you ask for, to calculate revenue sharing and payouts, and to keep the service secure.
Sharing
Aircraft data shared by sensors is shown to other app users without saying which sensor reported it. We use service providers (Cloudflare for hosting; Apple for purchases; flight-data providers) under their own privacy terms. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
Live aircraft data is kept for about a minute; daily usage counts are kept for payout records. Remove a device in the app to stop its uploads. To delete your account data, email jason@businessrx.ai with the Account ID shown in the app.
Children
Sky Warden isn't directed to children under 13.
