Delete your Publisher data

You can remove BusinessRx Publisher's access to a connected account and have the data it stored deleted.

1. Remove access on the platform

• Facebook and Instagram: in Facebook's settings, open the list of apps and business integrations connected to your account, select BusinessRx Publisher and remove it.
• Threads: in Threads settings, open the list of websites and apps with access to your account and remove BusinessRx Publisher.
• TikTok: in TikTok's settings, open the security section's app permissions and remove BusinessRx Publisher.
• YouTube / Google: Google Account → Third-party connections → BusinessRx Publisher → Delete all connections.

Once access is removed, Publisher can no longer post to the account or read anything from it.

2. Ask us to delete what we stored

Email jason@businessrx.ai with the subject "Publisher data deletion" and the name of the account. We delete the stored access token, account details and post records for that account within 30 days of receiving the request, and reply to confirm.
