Publisher privacy policy

BusinessRx Publisher ("Publisher") is a posting tool run by BusinessRx.ai. It publishes posts and short videos to social media accounts for brands that BusinessRx.ai owns or manages, such as Casai and Sky Warden Flight Tracker. This policy explains what Publisher collects when one of those accounts is connected, and what happens to it.
Who uses Publisher
Publisher is used only by the BusinessRx.ai team to manage its own brand accounts. It is not offered to the public. People who follow or view those brand accounts do not sign in to Publisher, and Publisher does not collect information about them.
What we collect
- Connection details. When a brand account is connected (for example a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account, a Threads profile, a TikTok account or a YouTube channel), the platform gives Publisher an access token. We also store the account's ID and name so we can show which account is connected.
- The posts we publish. The text, images and videos we prepare, when they were scheduled, and the post ID and link the platform returns after publishing.
- Basic post results. Counts the platform makes available to the account owner, such as views, likes and comments, so we can see how our own posts perform.
We do not collect passwords. We do not read private messages. We do not collect information about other people's accounts.
How we use it
Only to publish and schedule posts for the connected brand accounts, to avoid posting the same thing twice, and to review how those posts perform. We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the platform the post is being sent to.
Where it is kept
Access tokens are stored encrypted in the operating system's secure key store on a computer controlled by BusinessRx.ai. Post records are kept on that same computer. Nothing is stored in third-party analytics or advertising services.
How long we keep it
Access tokens are kept until the account is disconnected or the token expires. Post records are kept while the brand account is connected, and are deleted within 30 days after it is disconnected or after a deletion request.
Google and YouTube
When a YouTube channel is connected, Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. You can remove Publisher's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party connections page. Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing your data
