Publisher terms of service

These terms cover BusinessRx Publisher ("Publisher"), a posting tool run by BusinessRx.ai.
What Publisher does
Publisher prepares, schedules and publishes posts and short videos to social media accounts that BusinessRx.ai owns or manages. Every post is reviewed and approved by a person on the BusinessRx.ai team before it is scheduled; approved posts then publish automatically at their scheduled time.
Who may use it
Publisher is for the BusinessRx.ai team and the brand accounts it manages. Only someone with the right to manage a brand account may connect it to Publisher.
Platform rules
Every post must follow the rules of the platform it goes to, including the Meta, Instagram and Threads terms, the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the YouTube Terms of Service. Publisher publishes only posts that have been approved in Publisher by the team that manages the account.
Content
The brand that owns an account is responsible for what is posted to it. BusinessRx.ai keeps the rights it has in the content it creates for its own brands.
Disconnecting
An account can be disconnected at any time from Publisher or from the platform's settings. After that, Publisher stops posting to it. Data handling after disconnecting is described in the privacy policy.
No warranty
Publisher is provided as is. Platforms can change or limit their services, so we cannot promise that every post will publish at a specific time.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
